Access Service is expanding! In order to better service
new growth within the company, we recently opened the doors
on a hot-standby site in Florida. The site is replete
with online secondary servers that benefit from our real-time
replication infrastructure which ensures against data loss.
The site is self-sufficient, with a 45kW generator that
will run the facility for up to 14 days in the event
of a local power outage. Our new site provides UAS with
the additional server resources it needs to grow both the
hardware and consultant arms of the company.
We
have recently upgraded our network infrastructure. Unlimited
Access Service, Inc. now utilizes redundant T1 lines to
provide uninterrupted service to our customers. Our clients
can now expect 99.99% uptime for all services we provide,
including customer call center pages, web hosting, and our
enterprise email system.
Unlimited
Access Service, Inc. has also added a propane generator
to our main operations site. With the ability to run for
5 days at full capacity, we have eliminated the disruption
of service caused so often by local power outages.
In
addition to the above, all servers and networking components
are now fully redundant. We have successfully eliminated
every single point of failure from our system, allowing
us to achieve maximum uptime for all of our services.
